Tips for Fantasy NBA M27: Christmas Day Edition

Today is one of the most anticipated days of the NBA season, it’s Christmas Day! The action begins at 5:00 PM (GMT) with the Philadelphia 76ers facing off against the New York Knicks, followed by the Los Angeles Lakers versus the Dallas Mavericks (7:30 PM GMT) and the Milwaukee Bucks taking on the Boston Celtics (10:00 PM GMT).

Before we dive into our picks for the day’s three rounds, the Team Dunkest wants to wish you all a very merry Christmas!

Guards

Ja Morant (Memphis Grizzlies, 18.1 cr): He’s motivated to make up for the Western Conference Semifinal elimination from last season against the Golden State Warriors. His charge to his teammates has given us high expectations for a big performance from him.

Josh Giddey (Oklahoma City Thunder, 14.1 cr): A loyal player who is always ready to catch rebounds and serve assists, mainly for Shai. He’s been trying to achieve a triple double but hasn’t been successful since early November, and his match against San Antonio could present an opportunity.

Forwards

Giannis Antetokounmpo (Milwaukee Bucks, 21.8 cr): His team has suffered two consecutive losses despite his remarkable performances. To avoid a third loss, he’ll be focused on his play against the slumping Boston Celtics.

Pascal Siakam (Toronto Raptors, 17.8 cr): A boom and bust player this season compared to his consistent play in the last season, but we can rely on his statistics to tell us that he has an edge in the paint against the Clippers.

Center

Nikola Vucevic (Chicago Bulls, 16.8 cr): The Houston Rockets have the lowest field goal percentage this season, which makes Vucevic a solid pick for our FantaTeam. He doesn’t need any further motivation.

Coach

Chaunchey Billups (Portland Trail Blazers, 7.4 cr): Toronto will face one of the weakest teams in the Western Conference, making Billups a viable choice for our fantasy team.
