Why a Promising WWE Tag Team Disappeared from Main Roster

Although WWE has many talented superstars, they have limited airtime for their shows. This has caused an issue for two stars who previously had enormous potential and a considerable amount of hype behind them.

The two stars in question are Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo. Even though they are still signed to WWE and receiving their downside guarantees, the company is not utilizing them effectively. They have only worked two battle royale matches this year.

On a recent episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer was questioned about the status of Carrillo and Garza within the company. He stated that WWE does not have any available spots for them in their current storylines.

“They’re low on the pecking order. I think that’s pretty much it. They’re there, and they don’t do anything with them, and they’re talented guys, too. They just got, you know, it’s the same thing, WWE has a lot of talented guys and it’s going to be that some of them aren’t used.”

It was also noted that AEW is experiencing the same issue. Several wrestlers in their roster haven’t had screen time in a while. A new show called “AEW Collision” might resolve some of the problems they are currently facing.

Only time will tell if Carrillo and Garza will end up making an impact on WWE television again. Triple H had an opportunity to showcase their skills, yet they haven’t been suitable fits for any of the ongoing storylines, even the LWO storyline for some reason.
