WWE under Fire for Poor Booking of LA Knight

LA Knight debuted on February 14, 2021, at NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day. He made a significant impact and impressed the audience with his skills. However, fans were worried about his future after his arrival on the main roster. Fortunately, LA Knight has regained his old gimmick and is once again winning over viewers with his performances. Despite this, some critics feel that WWE could book him better.

LA Knight is widely regarded as one of the best promo workers in WWE. He has consistently demonstrated his skills and continues to impress fans. Despite the mediocre storylines given to him, he has tried to keep himself relevant. His feud with Bray Wyatt was not successful in raising his popularity, nor was his current storyline with Rick Boogs.

During his K100 podcast, pro wrestling legend Konnan expressed his confusion over LA Knight’s current direction in WWE. He criticized WWE for failing to take advantage of Knight’s talent and pushing him further: “I don’t know why you’d have a guy, when it’s so hard to get people over, is over, and you haven’t even pushed him. There’s so many great things you can do to make money with him. Why you wouldn’t take advantage of him and try to take his knees out?

Despite the criticism, some reports suggest that LA Knight is being creatively handled. That said, only time will tell if WWE will give LA Knight the push necessary for him to win a major championship in the company.
