Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn has revealed that Irish boxing star Katie Taylor intends to activate the rematch clause against her rival Terri Harper’s compatriot Chantelle Cameron later this year.
Taylor successfully defended her WBA, WBC, IBF, and WBO lightweight titles against Cameron in November 2020. However, there has been a lot of anticipation regarding a possible rematch between the two fighters.
According to Hearn, Taylor plans to make the rematch happen in the fall of 2021, but no date or venue has been confirmed yet.
