At an occasion to announce a brand new partnership between Jefferson Parish Colleges and the Zion Williamson Basis, Williamson’s stepfather, Anderson Lee, stated he stands behind his son 100%.
“And I wish to say this… and I wish to be politically right once I say it,” Anderson interjected towards the top of his feedback on the brand new program. “That’s my son and I like him. After I was a toddler; I walked like a toddler, talked like a toddler, did infantile issues. However, once I turned a person… once I understood, God blessed me.
“Consider half of what you see and nothing you hear. That’s all I wish to say,” Anderson continued to a refrain of applause. “I stand by my son 100%. I wasn’t at all times the place I’m at the moment.”
