Former boxer Shane Mosley has expressed concern that Canelo Alvarez could be risking too much by taking on Dmitry Bivol in a rematch later this year.
Bivol is offering to fight Canelo at 168 lbs instead of 175 lbs, which would put him at a disadvantage, but Canelo has refused this offer.
Mosley suggests that the weight difference and Bivol’s height make it a very difficult fight for Canelo, and he talks about his own experience of taking on tougher opponents in his career.
The fight with Bivol has not yet been negotiated, but it is likely to take place in September.
